The Directorate of Undergraduate Studies at Sokoine University of Agriculture provides official academic documents including transcripts, certificates, and verification services. Students and graduates can request, track, and receive their documents through a secure and efficient process.

Academic Transcripts

An academic transcript is an official record of a student’s academic performance. It includes:

  • Courses taken and grades obtained
  • GPA and academic standing
  • Degree classification

Options: Official transcript (sealed), Unofficial transcript, Digital transcript (PDF).

Degree Certificates

Certificates are issued to students upon successful completion of their academic programmes.

  • Original certificate (graduation)
  • Replacement certificate (lost/damaged)
  • Certified copies for verification

Transcripts: 3–7 working days

Certificates: 7–14 working days

Urgent requests: Express service available (additional fee)

Fees & Payment

Transcript (standard): TZS 30,000

Transcript (express): TZS 60,000

Certificate replacement: TZS 50,000

Payment methods: Bank transfer, Mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa)
